Hotels
Bus service will be provided to/from the conference venue from/to the following hotels during each day of the main conference (July 25-28):
- Comfort Suites
- Wind Creek Bethlehem
- Historic Hotel Bethlehem
- Candlewood Suites Bethlehem South
- Hyatt Place Bethlehem
Buses will cycle between these hotels and the conference venue (each cycle takes approximately 20-25 minutes) on the following schedule:
- Monday July 25: 8:00am, 8:30am, 6:30pm – 8:30pm
- Tuesday July 26: 8:00am, 8:30am, 5:00pm – 6:30pm
- Wednesday July 27: 8:00am, 8:30am, 3:30pm – 5:30pm
- Thursday July 28: 8:00am, 8:30am, 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Conference Dinner
Buses will be available to take conference dinner attendees from out front of the Zoellner Arts Center to the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks (the conference dinner venue) at 7:00pm on Tuesday July 26. After dinner, buses will leave for the following hotels:
- Comfort Suites
- Historic Hotel Bethlehem
- Candlewood Suites Bethlehem South
- Hyatt Place Bethlehem
Note that Windcreek Hotel is not included in this list because it is next door to the conference dinner venue.
